LEARNING ENRICHMENT AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM - L.E.A.P.

The Learning Enrichment After-School Program (L.E.A.P.)
was formed by Somerset Academy administration to provide parents of students at
its Chapel Trail Campus with before and after care services to students in grades
Pre-K - 8th.
L.E.A.P., operated by Somerset administration and
staff, provides morning care, commencing at 7:00 a.m., to students of working
families who must arrive prior to the commencement of the school day. In
addition, L.E.A.P. also provides after care for students of working families
until 5:55 p.m. on school days. During the after care hours, L.E.A.P. staff
provides homework assistant, recess, arts and crafts,
and enrichment activities in language arts and mathematics.
Registration for the L.E.A.P. program is open to
Somerset Academy Chapel Trail students in Pre-K through
Eighth Grade on a space available basis. In the event that grade-level
seats are filled, students will be place on a first come first serve wait list.
